Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice and add the apricot brandy, Cynar, dark rum, simple syrup, gin and lime juice.
  3. Shake hard until cold.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  5. Finish with 2 drops of truffle oil on top.
