- Chill the cocktail glass.
- Shake the vodka, St-Germain, orange juice, egg white and lime juice with ice.
- Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
- Pour the Chambord into the middle of the drink; it will settle at the bottom.
- Garnish with raspberries.
