Instructions

  1. Add egg white, triple sec, simple syrup, lemon juice and bourbon to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake, then strain the liquid back into the shaker and leave the ice behind.
  3. Shake again without ice to build a thick foam.
  4. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  5. Fine strain into the glass and garnish with an orange zest twist.
