Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the Grenadine, Egg White and Gin to a shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain the drink back into the shaker and discard the ice.
  4. Shake again without ice to build a thick foam.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Twist a lemon zest over the drink and discard it.
