A generous measure of Amaro Nonino, shaken with lime juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup and a little ginger, then topped with club soda. Bittersweet and citrusy, with a light fizz. Created by Chris Bostick in 2009.

- Muddle the ginger and verbena syrup together.
- Dry shake the mixture.
- Strain it into an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Top off with soda water.
- Garnish with crystallized ginger encircled by a strip of Meyer lemon peel.
