Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Put the Mint Sprig in the shaker and press it gently, just enough to release its aroma without tearing it up.
  3. Add the Schnapps, Apple Juice, Simple Syrup, Vodka and Lime Juice.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until cold.
  5. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with an apple slice.
