Instructions

  1. Put the rosemary sprig and the simple syrup in a shaker and press gently with a muddler to release the aroma.
  2. Pour in the vodka, St-Germain, grapefruit juice and lemon juice, then fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with club soda.
  6. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a grapefruit slice.
