Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Crush the raspberries in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the Cognac, Amaro Averna, limejuice and orgeat, then fill with ice.
  4. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  5. Strain into the chilled glass and garnish with raspberries.
