Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the IPA in a shaker.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a champagne flute or similar small wine glass.
  4. Top up with IPA.
  5. Twist an orange peel over the drink.
  6. Give it a quick stir before dropping the peel inside.
