Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Pour the Lemon Juice, Crème de fraise, Egg White, Gin and Simple Syrup into a shaker, add ice and shake until cold.
  3. Strain the drink back out of the shaker into its empty half and discard the ice.
  4. Shake once more without ice to whip the egg white into a foam.
  5. Pour through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with a strawberry.
