- Fill the cocktail glass with ice to chill it and let it stand while you mix.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add the vodka, blue curaçao and lime juice.
- Close the shaker and shake hard until very cold.
- Tip the ice out of the glass.
- Strain the drink into the chilled glass.
- Set the lime wheel on the rim.
