Instructions

  1. Place half a pineapple slice in the wine glass and fill the glass with crushed ice.
  2. Add gin, white rum, spiced rum, pineapple syrup, cardamom bitters and Angostura bitters to a shaker with crushed ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Pour over the pineapple and ice in the glass.
  5. Garnish with an ipheion flower and a pineapple wedge.
