Fleming Fizz

🥃
0

Shake Blended Scotch, Lemon Juice, Honey Syrup, Cinnamon Syrup with ice. Strain into a flute.

Inspired by the Penicillin cocktail and its variations like the Flip, I noticed a gap in smoky sparkling drinks. So, I blended elements of the Penicillin with those of the French 75 to create an elegant winter drink. Named after Scottish scientist Alexander Fleming, who discovered penicillin in 1928, this cocktail is called the Fleming Fizz.
