Instructions

  1. Fill a glass halfway with crushed ice.
  2. Add vodka, bubblegum syrup, and lemon juice to the filled glass.
  3. Stir the ingredients carefully but slowly to maintain their refreshing qualities.
  4. Top off with 7 Up and gently stir to avoid washing away the bubbles.
  5. If space allows, fill the glass with more crushed ice.
  6. Pour a dollop of blue curaçao on top and lightly swirl around the rim of the glass to let the color spread slightly downward.
