Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the honey syrup, dark rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, spiced rum, cardamom bitters, gin and lime juice.
  2. Shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a tiki mug filled with ice.
  4. Top with a crown of crushed ice.
  5. Fill half a lime shell with the Plantation Overproof O.F.T.D. Rum and set it on top of the drink.
  6. Set the rum alight to serve.
