A stirred, spirit-forward drink built on kaoliang, a Taiwanese sorghum spirit, with the herbal punch of Green Chartreuse, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino and a little orange liqueur. From 2019.

Fire Head dates from 2019 and starts from Kaoliang, Taiwan's emblematic spirit, which the creator bought in Taiwan. Bottled at 58% and distilled from sorghum, it tastes somewhat like a strong rye whiskey, though subtler, with a fruit-brandy character.
