Instructions

  1. Combine everything but the sherry and bitters in a Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
  2. Swizzle vigorously until the glass becomes frosty.
  3. Add more ice on top, then float the sherry over it.
  4. Sprinkle bitters on top as a finishing touch and insert a straw before serving.
