Instructions

  1. Pour the Fernet Branca, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker.
  2. Fill with ice and shake hard until well chilled.
  3. Pack crushed ice into a highball glass, then pour the shaken drink through a strainer over it.
  4. Finish with ginger beer and give it one gentle stir.
