Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the bourbon, lime juice, Fernet Branca and simple syrup.
  2. Shake hard until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  4. Top with a splash of ginger beer.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig.
