Fenton's Phantom
🥃0
Shake Pimm'S No. 1 Cup, Lillet Blanc, Swedish Punsch, Lemon Juice with ice. Strain into a highball glass.
I created the Fenton's Phantom for Loyal Nine’s low-proof menu. Inspired by Swedish punsch in 1930s cocktails like the Pimmeron and Metexa, I decided to feature this spirit in a refreshing summer Cobbler. Adding lemon juice and orange bitters, I served it over crushed ice. The name honors the Fenton Shoe Factory, once a major employer in Cambridge, while the "Phantom" nod reflects both its mysterious past and lighter profile.
