Instructions

  1. Add the bourbon, lemon juice, Angostura bitters, egg white and passion fruit syrup to a shaker without ice.
  2. Dry shake hard until the egg white foams.
  3. Add ice and shake again until cold.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with orange zest.
