Instructions

  1. Create an oleo saccharum by combining lemon peels with sugar.
  2. Stir until the mixture dissolves in the tea to form sherbet.
  3. Mix in the remaining ingredients except for the cider, then remove the lemon peels.
  4. Pour the concoction into a punch bowl over ice and top it off with cider.
  5. Serve individual portions using a ladle.
  6. Decorate each drink with cinnamon sticks and apple slices.
