Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the simple syrup, bourbon, gin and lemon juice and shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  3. Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice.
  4. Pour the drink through a fine strainer into the glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
