Instructions

Rinse pre-cooled old fashioned glass with absinthe. Soak sugar cube with bitters in a mixing glass, muddle thoroughly and then add rye whiskey. Fill up mixing glass with ice and stir until cold. Discard excess absinthe and strain into the old fashioned glass. Twist lemon peel over drink and discard peel.
