Instructions

  1. Chill all the ingredients in the fridge beforehand, and chill the shot glass too.
  2. Pour the Kahlúa into the glass first.
  3. Hold a bar spoon just above the surface and pour the Baileys slowly over its back so it floats on the Kahlúa.
  4. Float the White Rum on top in the same way, so that the three layers stay separate.
  5. Garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
