After sampling the Dead Poet from Imbibe Magazine, I couldn't stop thinking about the Poet's Dream cocktail. That evening, I decided to focus on Batavia Arrack, which had previously paired well with mezcal in drinks such as the Smoking Jet Pilot, Airbag, and Esmino's Escape.
