Frederic Yarm created the Exit Club Cocktail in 2020 as a Martini variation with malört, modeled on the Poet's Dream but with Cocchi Americano and blanc vermouth replacing the liqueurs for added sweetness. The name refers to Exit, a punk club in Chicago where the creator once spent an evening years earlier.
