Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Muddle the blackberries in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the white rum, pineapple juice, crème de cassis, sweet vermouth and Peychaud's bitters, then fill with ice.
  4. Shake until well chilled.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with blackberries and a lemon zest twist, discarding the twist after expressing it.
