Inspired by Ernest Shackleton's ill-fated ship "Endurance," which sank after being trapped in Antarctic ice in 1915 and was only recently rediscovered in 2022, this cocktail features "Shackleton" Scotch whisky. This unique spirit is a blended malt made from bottles found at one of Shackleton’s earlier expedition sites.
