Empire State of Mind

0

An apple-forward sour: apple brandy and apple juice carry the fruit, while amaro adds a bittersweet, herbal edge. Lemon juice keeps it tart, rich sugar syrup rounds it out, and a few drops of saline make the flavours stand out.
