Inspired by the beloved Paper Plane cocktail, I created the Emotional Tailspin as an attempt to finish off a bottle of crème de cassis during quarantine. This drink is part of my "Cocktails from the Corona Bunker" collection. :-))

  1. Combine everything with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  2. Strain the mixture into a cold coupe glass.
  3. Finish by twisting a lemon peel over the drink as a garnish.
