Ellen's Folly was introduced on February 28, 2015, during a celebration marking both the birthday and retirement of a friend’s mother near the foothills of Mount Diablo.

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the initial six components in a pint glass.
  2. Add ice and stir for half a minute.
  3. Strain over fresh ice into a cold rocks glass.
  4. As an alternative, pour it into a chilled coupe instead.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
