Instructions

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice.
  2. Shake the white rum, Rioja Crianza red wine and lemon juice with ice until cold.
  3. Pour through a fine strainer into the glass.
  4. Top with prosecco and stir gently once or twice.
  5. Finish with a spray of cherry bitters over the top.
