I adore amaro rabarbaro in Negroni variations and was inspired to mix it with 25-year-old PX sherry vinegar, recalling an essay from the original "Negroni" book by Gaz. The piece described a remarkable Negroni that included just a few drops of aged PX sherry vinegar.

Instructions
