Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass.
  2. Add the Islay Scotch whiskey, lemon juice, honey syrup and saline solution to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well until cold.
  4. Strain into the highball glass over fresh ice.

  6. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
