Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the St-Germain, simple syrup, gin, maraschino liqueur and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until cold.
  4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  5. Top with club soda.
  6. Garnish with elderflowers if they are in season, or a lemon slice or gypsophila.
