Instructions

  1. Pour the gin, St-Germain, lemon juice, egg white and orange bitters into a shaker without ice.
  2. Dry shake hard until the egg white turns frothy.
  3. Open the shaker and add ice.
  4. Shake again until well chilled.
  5. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon slice and a maraschino cherry.
