A shaken martini built on gin, with a little St-Germain and dry vermouth and finished with a lemon twist. Floral and dry, with a citrus note on top. From 2022.

The Elder Martini dates from 2022 and is a gin-based variation inspired by the Lychee Martini. The aim was a drink that avoids being overly sweet or kitschy.
