- Fill a rocks glass with ice, ideally with one large chunk of block ice.
- Add the Cherry Heering, Campari, tequila blanco and lemon juice to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass.
- Pour the mezcal gently over the top so it floats on the surface.
