Instructions

  1. Crush the ginger at the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Pour in honey and tequila, then stir to dissolve the honey.
  3. Next, add lime juice and shake vigorously with ice.
  4. Strain through a fine mesh into a cold glass.
  5. Garnish with a strip of orange peel twisted over the drink.
