Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass and give it a sugar rim.
  2. Crush the raspberries gently in a shaker.
  3. Add the Triple Sec, Simple Syrup, Lemon Juice, Cognac and Sake, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake hard until the shaker is ice cold.
  5. Strain through a fine strainer into the glass.
  6. Garnish with a raspberry.
