Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the cognac, triple sec, pineapple juice, pineapple syrup and Angostura bitters to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim.
