A light, gently bitter stirred drink where gin, Aperol and Lillet Blanc are lengthened with dry white wine. Served in a rocks glass.

The East Bay Sunset grew out of a wish to step away from the traditional Kir. It draws on the leftovers of summer, and an unusual Negroni in particular.
