Instructions

  1. Add 1 Egg White, 15 ml 1/ Simple Syrup, 30 ml Bourbon, 15 ml 1/ Lemon Juice, 30 ml Apple Liqueur, and 30 ml Apple Whiskey to a cocktail shaker without ice.
  2. Dry shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to emulsify.
  3. Add ice and shake again for another 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Finish with 5 drops cherry bark & vanilla bitters on top.
