Instructions

  1. Grapefruit salt (make ahead):
  2. Mix 100 g sea salt with 10 g grated grapefruit zest.
  3. Spread the mix on kitchen paper and let it stand overnight, until dry and fragrant.
  4. Drink:
  5. Rim a rocks glass with the grapefruit salt and fill it with ice.
  6. Shake all the ingredients with ice until well chilled.
  7. Fine strain into the prepared glass.
