Dutch Hand

Stir Genever, Batavia Arrack, Sweet Vermouth, Campari with ice. Strain into a coupe.

Inspired by cocktails like the Right Hand at Milk & Honey and its variations, such as Tres Hands, I crafted a unique twist with Genever and Batavia Arrack, naming it the Dutch Hand. The Netherlands has a rich history of distilling Genever and importing Batavia Arrack since the days of the Dutch East India Trading Company, continuing today with rum merchants like E&A Scheer. This combination of spirits proved successful in drinks I've enjoyed previously.
