A stirred, spirit-forward drink built on rye whiskey, with Dubonnet Rouge, a little St-Germain and a touch of Fernet Branca for bitter depth. Jim Meehan at PDT adapted it from a Jamie Boudreau original and finishes it with lemon zest.
