A stirred bourbon drink with dry vermouth and Angostura, lifted by a little grapefruit juice and rounded off with fig syrup. From Bitter's cocktail bar in Heraklion, Crete, 2018.

Dry and Fruity came out of a request at Bitter's cocktail bar in Heraklion, Crete, around the holidays, when a guest asked for a stirred drink. The bartender chose to add fruit juice, which is unusual for a stirred cocktail, and the improvised result proved well balanced.
