- Add 15 ml ½ Oz (15 Ml) Egg White, 59 ml Plum Brandy, 59 ml Apple Juice, 15 ml ½ Oz (15 Ml) Lemon Juice, and 15 ml ½ Oz (15 Ml) Cherry Liqueur to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Finish with 1 dash of angostura bitters on top.
