Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the absinthe, cognac, egg white, simple syrup and triple sec to a shaker with ice and shake.
  3. Strain the drink back into the shaker, discarding the ice.
  4. Shake again without ice to build the foam.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
